Education is a great cause, because it concerns the future of people, family, and the nation. As a teacher, we have a great responsibility, we must fulfill our first duty ---- love our students and love the teaching. Teachers are professionals and must have noble ethics, professional ability, forward-looking vision and dedication. Teachers are the engineers of the human soul. Teaching and educating people, enlightening the soul, stimulating potential, and promoting development are the glorious duties of teachers. Teaching and educating people have a long way to go. We must devote ourselves wholeheartedly, abide by the morality of teachers, care for students, make every effort to promote the all-round development of students, and dedicate all our knowledge and abilities to the education of the people.

As students, it is our duty to study hard. We must learn everything including scientific knowledge, how to seek knowledge, how to do things, how to stay with others, and how to live. We must have a good health and grow independently, develop good habits of thinking, study, communication, life, and exercise, be sunny, have lofty aspirations, and take on the historical mission that our generation must undertake in the near future.

As parents, it is our duty to raise our children and educate them well. Research shows that there are three core factors affecting people's success——genetic education and environmental inheritance, which must be inherited from parents, account for about 30% of the influence on people；family education bears the brunt, and also school education and social education. These three complement each other, cannot replace each other. Family environment is the first place for children, also the community, school, and social environment (including era environment) and other elements. Obviously, any core element is closely related to parents and families. The first teachers for children are the parents, and the family is the first school for children. Family education plays a crucial role in children's growth. In school running, I found, some parents suffer from a lack of knowledge about scientific family education, they do not know how to do or do in the wrong way. Thus, it is very important for schools to attach importance to the establishment of systematic family education program. SCNU FLS will strengthen such a program, so that families and schools can truly form a joint force to help the children grow healthily.
